Stages:
Perspective: Most businesses focus on their day-to-day operations, but a company’s success means a lasting brand. In the first task, contemplate the future and what your company can be doing in 15 years. This will assist in long-term decision-making and potential direction of action.
Core: It helps to look at what the company does in a broader context. You need to know why you’re in the business — and be able to talk about it. When a company has a strong motivation, and that motivation is visible, customers buy the product or use the service.
Audience: By developing three types of target groups, the company can tailor its products, services, and communication to different customer needs and preferences.
Values: These values give character and a moral direction to the business and help establish the communication approach. Choosing brand values allows the company to shape a consistent message and build trust with customers.
Personality: It helps define the character and style of the brand. By adjusting the parameters, we determine how we want the brand to be perceived by the audience and what feelings it should evoke.
Characteristic: Defining characteristic traits enables a better alignment of verbal and visual communication, which in turn strengthens the bond with the target group.
